Trico Lubrication Pumps Streamliner Series

The Trico Streamliner MSP, lubrication pump, unit offers the advantage of providing automatic lubrication to machinery that is infrequently or intermittently used by synchronising itself to the equipment, thereby avoiding the problem of over lubrication. The Streamliner MSP will dispense a pre-set amount of grease as the machine is operating and does not dispense lubricant if the equipment stops running. The unit goes into “stand-by-mode” until the machine goes back into operation. The Streamliner MSP can be externally powered by the machine or PLC. There is no need to replace the battery back in the MSP for up to five years, but the grease pouch will need to be replaced after depletion.

The key to the high degree of reliability with the Streamliner DC is the innovative, fully adjustable gas generating power source. The unit power source generates a gas that creates a consistent pressure on a piston which gradually and continuously dispenses the lubricant contained in the chamber. Delivery time is set on the top of the unit, by adjusting with an Allen key. The unit delivery time is variable and can be set to between one and twelve months, allowing complete control over the amount of lubricant being applied.

The Streamliner M, lubrication pump, is designed to ensure reliable lubrication with an advanced computerized control system. It consists of a vertical feed pump, a motor/gear set, and a microprocessor control system, this allows operating pressures of 425 psi. It is ideal for hard to reach/hazardous locations. The grease is supplied in 125 cc, 250 cc, or 500 cc grease pouches that consists of one of seven standard greases. Depending on application specifications or grease pouches can be custom filled.

The Streamliner V, lubrication pump, pro-logic microprocessor chip control allows for programming of the unit to be as simple as pressing a button on top of the unit. The unit operates on the principle of inert Nitrogen gas generation using an electrolyte and electrical energy. Pressure is generated above the piston to deliver fresh and precise amounts of lubricant. The Streamliner V has six variable dispensing rates, from one to twelve months, to cover a wide range of requirements. The Streamliner V is also certified for “intrinsic safety” EX ia IIB T4 for use in hazardous areas.

Streamliner M-UL, lubrication pump, is an explosion proof certified, battery operated, single point lubricator with a powerful positive displacement pump. The Streamliner M-UL is specially designed with a modified enclosure rated for limited hazardous locations. It consists of a vertical feed pump, motor/gear set, and microprocessor control system, allowing operating pressures up to 200 psi. The Streamliner M-UL lubrication pump has a variable dispensing rate from half to 12 months. The grease is supplied in 125 cc or 250 cc grease pouches that consists of one of seven standard greases. Depending on application specifications or grease pouches can be custom filled.

The innovative Streamliner S, lubrication pump, has a unique and scientific design which has solved many issues. This design dramatically reduces the problems of oil separation because it is pushing up not down. The upward piston movement prevents oil from dripping out and maintains the lubricant within the chamber, preventing hardening of the grease and allowing the lubricator to completely empty out its contents.
