FloMax Standard Series Hydraulic and Transmission connectors, are fully compatible and interchangeable with industry standard connectors. The caps, plugs, and connectors are 100% metal, manufactured using aircraft grade anodized aluminum and stainless steel. The color-coded and labeled mating components provide for quick positive identification.

Flomax high flow series connectors, are a range of high-flow connectors, designed to meet the demanding requirements of the automotive, industrial and medical markets. They are designed to provide a high flow rate and a tight seal. This allows a reliable connection in applications where high pressure and/or flow rates are required. The connectors feature a unique design which allows for a greater number of connectors to be used in a much smaller space, making them ideal for applications where space is at a premium.

7 Colour Coded Designs

Flomax Series Connectors (High Flow Series) come in 7 color-coded non-interchangeable nozzle and receiver sets. The proprietary design helps prevents cross-contamination of fluids of non-mating connectors. The connectors are manufactured using 100% metal components. All wear components are stainless steel and the non-wear components are aircraft grade anodized aluminium. The billet aluminium caps are O-Ring sealed for greater contaminant resistance.

Flush Face

Flomax Series Connectors are patented non-interchangeable feature means each colour will only mate with its corresponding-coloured receiver or nozzle.
New patented design uses an internally sealed ball lock mechanism to ensure trouble-free performance even in the harshest of conditions.
12 colour choices and sizes are available along with a universal evacuation nozzle.
Additional special-order sizes and colours are also available.
Hardened stainless steel receiver nose ensures that Flomax Flush Face connectors can be operated at a higher pressure than many other dry break connectors.
All the Flush Face connectors have the exact same outside dimensions.
Can be connected or disconnected under pressure.
Can be connected without pulling back on the nozzle pullback.

The all new Spectrix Flush Face series Quick Connectors are designed to eliminate
cross-contamination. All units are thoroughly tested beyond operational expectations,
to ensure a leak free fluid transfer.
MULTICOLOURED: the unique design allows a variety of colours to ensure each one
cannot interchange with the other to eliminate cross contamination.
FLAT FACE: each receiver and nozzle has a flat face preventing the ingress of soil and
foreign materials, which can sometimes accelerate wear on the receivers and nozzles as well as contribute to contamination.
QUALITY: combined with hardened steel and aircraft grade aluminium and thoroughly tested beyond normal operating parameters to ensure smooth operation in various conditions.

Flomax Spectrix Flush Face Series

Available in 3/4″ these connectors are non-interchangeable with the other colours and are made from aircraft grade aluminium. Latching mechanism uses 10 stainless steel ball bearings for greater strength distribution.
These connectors are all made from metal components including caps and plugs and no plastic materials used. Available in high pressure and JIC bulkhead configurations the series are non-interchangeable with each other. Limiting the chances of cross
contamination.

Flomax Fuel Vents – Quick Connectors

These vents are manufactured using aircraft grade anodised aluminium giving superior strength. The float and sealing balls are housed in a ridged ball tube to ensure a positive seal that will not be damaged by vibration and movement.
These diesel fuel vents operate under the pressurised principle. Each vent has float
balls inside them that rise to block off the air flow out of the tank. Once this is done the tank pressurises and initiates the shut-off to the receiver & nozzle. This has been used in the field for many years in the industry and Flomax has a wide variety of lengths and types to suit any application.

Flomax Non-Pressure Systems

FloMAX’s new Non-Pressure System can handle over 500 GAL/MINUTE. More than the industry standard, the internal hose system is rated for our regular fuel nozzles at
800 L/minute (200 gal/minute) and our external hose system is rated at over 1500 L/minute (500 gal/minute).
Traditionally pressurized systems have dominated the industry for the past decade or
so. This often-had issues with operators overfilling tanks and spilling diesel. Causing all concerns of costs and environmental issues. This type of system provides a safe fast fueling without those concerns. It uses a completely different principle and does not pressurize the tank. It is the safest method of fast fueling available that is also
incredibly cost effective.
